Rachel, fashion critic (part two)

Hola party peeps! AG just released some new spring outfits (and other things, too) so I thought it would be good to do it now. Olive quit, so it's just Kenna and me. Ugh. I heard that, you know. Oh, great. Kenna, I'm sorry... will you still do the blogging thing? I don't know. Maybe. ... Okay fine. I will accept your great! Let's do this thang! Thang?!!! What century is this?

First up is this dress! I like most of the dress, including the removal of sparkles (not every girl wants to look like... whatever.) that I'm sure AG wanted to add. The cream is MUCH more mature, yet I think it would've looked better on a doll with dark hair and skin. The one thing I dislike is the huge flower on the top. Imagine that translated into a real dress... the shoes are cute, though, and look like ballet shoes. And you already know how much I dislike barrettes...

Actually, I quite like the dress. The flower and barrette keeps it from being too bland and boring. A pop of color looks great on everyone, although I do agree with Rachel about how the doll's hair seems to fade in this dress. Dark-haired girls would look a lot better on anyone. I am not sure I like the low waistline. A higher one would be more body-flattering and mature.

When I first saw this dress, my very first thought was "wow, AG sure is into barrettes this season!" And that is NOT cool with me. At all. I don't even think it's a trend, except on five-year olds. But the dress is cute. I love plaid, and it's in a cool, vintage-y shape while still having bright colors to appeal to younger kids, too. And the shoes are ADORBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT THEM SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe it's not the most fashion-forward outfit ever, but it's fun, and I like it.

I'm sorry to say I disagree. Sure, it's cute for younger kids, but what about older AG fans, who are teens, or even adults? This won't satisfy them. I think that this release was mostly for the littles, and I don't like the majority of them. AG needs to give older fans something. PLEASE?

Thanks for reading, more coming soon! (And sorry that McKenna was being such a snotface in that last bit...) RACHEL!!!!!!! Uh, gotta go!

Thnx 4 reading,
RACHEL

Computer hacking!

I love that word! Yeah, so here I am, Felicity, introducing myself. My Name is Felicity, but I HATE that name, so I'm starting to go by my middle name, which is April. I'm 14, and I have red hair, uh, I have an older brother, older sister, and twin siblings that are younger. Yeah, my life is totally crazy. By, the way, if Rachel sees this, just tell her that I wasn't hacking, I was being beaten up and threatened by a group of blue rabid platypus, and I knew that you would rather have me alive than get your blog ruined (I hope). So yeah. Gotta run. Bye.

Rachel, fashion expert!

Hey people! it's Rachel, and I just had this awesome idea: I show you a picture of an AG product, give you my opinion, then McKenna and Olive (the self-procclaimed fashionistas in the HOUSE) give THEIR opinion. After begging them for hours, they finally agreed. (Why, WHY do my sisters have to be so stubborn?) so here we go! I will start with Saige's collection!

I guess it's okay, but... WHY oh WHY did the dress have to be PINK?!!! I like the asymmetrical shape of the dress, although I can't tell if it has only one shoulder because of the annoying way Saige's hair is positioned (STUPID AG!) and I like the boots. Shiny things are always good, right? And as for that necklace, looks so costume-y. I guess I'm not very impressed with this dress.

Hello everyone, Kenna here! I think the dress is a great shape, compliments her... but not the color. A teal to match her eyes or even something gold would have looked better on Saige. And i'm sorry, but those shoes are pretty ugly. I like the glitter, though. And the necklace.

Olive is writing now. I disagree with both of these. No, Saige's dress looks great on her, color and all. It's the material that I'm thinking about. With AG, it's sure to be some of that fake-dress material that drives me insane. This is not a huge hit for me, although the shoes are pretty cute and would look great with my HG t-shirt and skinny jeans.

More seasons to come, thank you for reading!
